Best Sunscreens For Anti-Aging

Sunscreen is by far the most important part of any skincare routine.

You can do nothing else for your skin but wear sunscreen and it will still give you amazing skin for years and years.

The reason is because most of what we consider ‘aging’ (wrinkles, fine lines, etc) are a result of sun damage.

There’s a famous saying:

Any wrinkles acquired under the age of 40, is a result of sun damage

Not sure how true that is, but the effectiveness of sun block has been researched a ton and there is no doubt that if you want great skin as you get older, you need a strong, high quality sunscreen.

The Best Sunscreen Is The One That You Will Use

Consistency. It’s whats needed to get the full benefits of sunscreen.

You need to make it a habit to apply sunscreen every day, like brushing your teeth.

One day, you will wake up at 50 years old, looking like you’re 30 and will thank yourself for acquiring this habit.

Finding the right sunscreen might take a bit of work. Some might feel too greasy, leave a white cast, have a smell you don’t like, etc.

The key is to keep experimenting until you find something that works for you and you know you will use every day.
